The Kulik Family

A few years ago, I had the pleasure of meeting Anastacia and her family. From the moment we met, it felt like we had known each other forever. We bonded right away, and our friendship blossomed effortlessly. Our sons, being the same age, became fast friends too, which only strengthened the connection between our families.

Our days were often filled with laughter and shared experiences as we explored the world with our little ones. We took countless trips together—whether it was to the zoo, where our boys would marvel at the animals, or to the library, where we’d immerse ourselves in the world of stories. Indoor playgrounds became our refuge on rainy days, and the memories we created in those moments are priceless.

Anastacia has always been a deeply thoughtful friend, her attentiveness is unmatched. She has a way of listening that makes you feel truly heard, and her knack for surprising me with little gestures of kindness is something I cherish deeply.

This photoshoot of her and her family holds a special place in my heart for several reasons. For one, it’s something we had been talking about for years. Life, as it often does, got in the way, and our plans kept being pushed back. But when we finally made it happen, it felt like the culmination of all those years of shared dreams and unspoken promises.

The day of the shoot was nothing short of magical. Despite the heat of a typical Texas summer, we had an incredible time. Laughter echoed through the park as we captured the genuine love and joy shared between Anastacia and her family. Eagle Mountain Park was the perfect backdrop—one of my favorite spots for photography, with its stunning landscapes and serene atmosphere.

This session wasn’t just about taking photos; it was about celebrating a friendship that has grown and flourished over the years. It was about pausing to appreciate the journey we’ve been on together, the moments big and small that have shaped our bond. As I clicked away, capturing the warmth of the morning light on their faces, I couldn’t help but feel a deep sense of gratitude—for the memories we’ve made and the ones still to come.
